He is one of the sons of an Evangelist and attorney, the late Gaudin L. Charles, who was and still is a well-respected figure in Creole speaking countries and whose voice is the voice of Jesus in Creole from the movie the Life of Jesus.

Ronald is not a stranger to both law and entertainment because his late father was not only an attorney and an evangelist, but his late father was also the Director of a Christian radio station in Haiti - Radio 4VEH; the first and the most powerful radio broadcasting in the Caribbean with thousands of listeners from 1950 ‘til now. One of the listeners, was the late Fidel Castro. HIs life took a cinematic turn in 2005 when he appeared in the movie "BLOODLINE" directed by an acclaimed awards winning Director, Mr. Antwan Smith and from the legendary entertainment group, IConz, featuring the hit song "Get F@#k Up." In a pivotal scene, His character, strategically positioned, exits as the Feds burst in. This experience, coupled with witnessing peers face dire consequences, instilled a transformative perspective on life.

Aside all Ronald has accomplished, he is a man of faith not only because he grew up in a deep-rooted Christian environment but also because of his personal experiences with God. His spiritual journey commenced at the age of 7 during a kid's service. In 2016, a prophetic conversation with Reverand Pastor Edwin Francois (whom he met for the first time that day) set the stage for a global impact. His calling to ministry prophesized and unfolded in 2017 by Rev. Pastor Francois. On December 31st, 2023, the Reverand Pastor Marlon D. Bolton (whom he met for the first time that day) anointed him, reaffirming the divine purpose prophesied years prior. With a strong will to uphold quality; most importantly though, to hold his late father’s legacy, he is the one of the Boad Members of Gaudin L Charles Ministries (GLCM) and he is the Founder of Redeemed International Church which is a subsidiary of Gaudin L. Charles Ministries.

His is an effective communicator and collaborator equipped with well-honed interpersonal skills to establish rapport with various individuals.

The journey taken by Ronald has not been absent difficulties. Along the way, he has taken up multiple projects some of which have led him to losing a recording studio after filing for bankruptcy. Once, he was a victim of a work-related accident; an accident that brought him close to losing his right leg and his life after sustaining a traumatic injury in 2012. He had to go through multiple surgeries on his right knee and complications related to the surgeries which included blood clots, 2 months in the hospital out of which 1-1/2 month in the Intensive Care Unit and 2 years in physical therapy where he learned how to walk again. Despite these trials, tribulations and his 20% disabilities from his traumatic injury; he maintains a determined focus, unwilling to yield to anything or anyone that comes between him and his goals.

Ronald attributes his growth to God-fearing parents, dedicated teachers and professors, influential role models, mentors, and the extended family he found in his workplace(s,) particularly at Air Side Operations at the Miami Dade Aviation Department. He is grateful for the support of various governmental entities, from the city to the federal level. He recognizes the importance of community and collaboration. Influenced by his late father, he takes pride in continuing his late father's legacy and leveraging his unique education. His application of algorithms, homed in calculus classes, demonstrates the intersection of professional and personal experiences, bringing innovation to his endeavors. As a leader, Ronald exemplifies a servant-leader style, emphasizing humility, empathy, and a commitment to serving others.

Ronald stands as a trilingual of the English, French, and Creole languages. He is a testament to the transformative power of passion, dedication, and servant leadership. From the silver screen to ministry, his journey reflects a life dedicated to positively impacting those around him, with a profound connection to God and an unwavering commitment to family and service. He abides by his mantra, “I don’t want smartness, riches or fame. ALL I want is to be the man God needed me to be while being a humble servant to others. Most importantly and especially, a humble servant to my (future) wife and kids. After God (first,) my wife and kids come automatically second.
